One-on-One Home Inspector Training

The One-on-One training option is a great balance between training and self-study. It is designed to accommodate the family needs and work schedule of an individual wishing to gain their West Virginia Home Inspector certification.

You will receive custom personalized instruction by a qualified professional inspector; much like an individual would receive from a personal trainer. Class time is customized according to the students’ and instructors’ needs and availability.


Due to the personal and custom nature of the One-on-One training, the tuition investment is higher than a group training. It is currently $2,895 (plus tax). The tuition covers the course, all books and course materials, business forms, inspection forms and software templates and more. You will also receive additional materials the Standard Enrollment students do not receive.


Training will be held in our St. Albans location.
